Do your wigs require adhesive?

No. All three styles in The Executive Collection are designed to be worn completely glueless. Choosing the correct cap size is essential for a comfortable, secure fit.

How do I choose my size?

Our launch styles come in Small (21 inches), Medium / Average (22 inches), and Large (23 inches). These measurements refer to head circumference. Follow our Find Your Fit guide before ordering. If you fall between sizes, email info@thewigdesignerco.com for help before purchasing.

What kind of hair do you use?

All three styles are made with 100% human hair. Our blunt bob and layered body-wave styles use virgin human hair. Check each product page for its specific hair, color, length, and construction details.

Will my wig arrive cut and styled?

Yes. Cutting, styling, and the customization listed on your product page are included in the price.

Is the lace already trimmed?

The pixie arrives with its lace trimmed. The blunt bob and layered body-wave styles arrive with untrimmed lace, which must be trimmed before first wear. Check the Lace Preparation details on your selected product.

What closures do you use?

The pixie has a 4 × 4-inch transparent lace closure. The blunt bob and layered body-wave styles have 5 × 5-inch HD lace closures.

When will my order ship?

The Executive Collection styles are ready to ship and dispatch the same or next business day. Dispatch is when your order is handed to the shipping carrier; it is separate from delivery time.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. Same- or next-business-day dispatch does not mean same- or next-day delivery.
