Shipping policy

Dispatch times

Ready-to-ship wigs in The Executive Collection dispatch the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For other products, please review the dispatch time listed on the product page before ordering.

Shipping and delivery

Dispatch time is the time needed before your order leaves us. Delivery time begins once the carrier receives your package.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless the selected service expressly guarantees them. Choosing faster shipping does not shorten the dispatch time.

Tracking your order

We will email your tracking details when your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated dispatch time, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Delivery concerns

Check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact info@thewigdesignerco.com immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.
