This website is operated by The Wig Designer Co. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Wig Designer Co.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products.

  1. USING OUR WEBSITE

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You may not use our website or products for an unlawful purpose, violate another person’s rights, interfere with the website’s security, or transmit malicious software.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please review each product’s description, available options, sizing information, lace preparation details, and dispatch time before purchasing.

Features vary by product. A feature described for one wig does not necessarily apply to another. The product page identifies what is included with your selected style.

We make reasonable efforts to show products accurately. Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Cutting and styling may produce minor variations in appearance. These variations do not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from its description.

  1. SIZING AND LACE PREPARATION

Measure your head before ordering and review our Find Your Fit guide. Sizing may differ between brands.

Customers are responsible for selecting their size and reviewing any preparation required before wearing their wig. Some styles arrive with trimmed lace; others require lace trimming before first wear. Check your selected product’s details.

If you need help, contact info@thewigdesignerco.com before purchasing. If you discover a problem with your order, contact us before cutting, washing, coloring, or otherwise altering the item.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment options are shown at checkout.

We may change prices and promotions for future purchases. A later price change does not automatically entitle a previous purchase to a price adjustment.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched. Financing and other third-party payment options are subject to the provider’s separate terms and approval requirements.

  1. ORDERS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery information.

We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, unavailable inventory, a material pricing error, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to those items.

If you notice an error in your order or delivery address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that a change can be made once processing or shipment has begun.

  1. CUSTOMER-REQUESTED CANCELLATIONS

Wig orders are final once placed. We do not accept customer-requested cancellations after checkout.

This restriction does not remove any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including rights relating to delayed shipment. It also does not limit our process for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All wig sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, style preference, or an incorrectly selected size or color.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@thewigdesignerco.com as soon as you discover the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs where possible.

Keep the item and its packaging while we review your inquiry. If you notice a problem upon arrival, contact us before wearing, washing, cutting, or altering the wig.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us for instructions before sending an item back.

Nothing in these terms or our policies limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

  1. DISPATCH AND SHIPPING

Ready-to-ship wigs in The Executive Collection dispatch the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For other products, review the dispatch time listed on the product page.

Dispatch time is separate from carrier delivery time. Choosing faster shipping does not shorten the stated dispatch time.

Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless the selected service expressly guarantees them.

If we cannot ship within the stated dispatch time, we will notify you and provide the delay information and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. We will obtain your agreement to a delay where required or cancel and refund the unshipped order.

  1. PRODUCT CARE

Follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. Heat, chemicals, adhesives, improper storage, and alterations can affect a wig’s condition and useful life.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or customer alterations is different from a defect present when an item arrives. This distinction does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

  1. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our original website content, photographs, written materials, logos, and designs belong to The Wig Designer Co. or their respective owners.

You may use the website for personal shopping and reference. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or use our original materials commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

  1. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, reflect your actual experience, and respect the rights of others.

When you submit a review or other material for public display, you permit us to display and reproduce that submission in connection with our store and marketing. This permission does not apply to private customer service correspondence or authorize disclosure of confidential information.

We may remove spam, unlawful content, personal information, or content unrelated to the product or shopping experience. We do not prohibit honest reviews because they are critical or unfavorable.

  1. ERRORS AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and any proposed change. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, we will provide an appropriate cancellation and refund.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access. Website maintenance or technical problems do not remove our obligations concerning orders already placed.

  1. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of the website, misuse of our products, or events outside our reasonable control.

Product-specific details and any express commitments we make concerning your order remain applicable. Nothing in these terms overrides rights required by law.
